Brass Solenoid Valves.Brass solenoid valves and miniature brass solenoid valves are generally manufactured in sizes 1/8 BSP thread through to 2" BSP thread, with some suppliers offering 21/2" and even 3" BSP thread options. Brass solenoid valves to suit most water, light oil, vacuum, oxygen, Propane, LPG, LNG, compressed air, neutral or non aggressive or corrosive gases and fluids to suit most general purpose applications.
Most brass solenoid valve suppliers will offer a quite diversified range of direct acting and pressure assisted piston and diaphragm brass solenoid valves in both normally closed, normally open, latching, ATEX EEx m II T4 and ATEX Explosion Proof EEx d II C T4 and T6. Brass solenoid valve types would include brass steam solenoid valves with PTFE seals, brass vacuum solenoid valves with NBR seals, miniature brass solenoid valves with NBR, EPDM and FKM seals and high pressure brass solenoid valves with FKM or PTFE seals suitable for water, air, steam, vacuum, light oil or for any non aggressive non corrosive liquid or gas media application in any voltage from 12vAC, 24vAC, 48vAC, 110vAC, 230vAC and 380vAc or 12vDC, 24vDC, 48vDC, 110vDC, 125vDC and 220vDC. Brass solenoid valves typical European stocked port sizes are in BSP thread however NPT thread for the American market and flanged PN16, ANSI150Lb or JIS10K are generally available quickly from most brass valve manufacturers. Brass solenoid valve pressures range from vacuum to 150 bar, with brass solenoid valve options exceeding 200 bar available quickly in both 2/2 way (2 port 2 position) and 3/2 way (3 port 2 position) function.
