Stainless steel solenoid valves for steam and hot media.Stainless Steel solenoid valves for steam and high temperature applications are typically 2/2 way or 2 port 2 position valves for open or closed flow or no flow liquid or gas flow control. High temperature solenoid actuated valves are generally available with port sizes 1/2", 3/4", 1", 11/4", 11/2" and 2" BSP or NPT thread or DN50, DN65, DN80, DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200, DN250, DN300 up to DN500 with PN16, or ANSI150Lb or JIS10K Flanges. These high temperature Solenoid Valves are manufactured from either AISI304 or SUS316 stainless steel body and internals with either PTFE or FFKM elastomer sealing suitable for steam up to 10 or 12 bar and hot oil applications +185°C to +200°C. Pressure ratings are typically 10/12 bar maximum depending on the manufacturer or model chosen and are generally fitted with either IP54 or IP65 CE approved DIN43650A or flying lead wire class H or class N solenoid valve coil. Common control voltages include 12vdc, 24vdc, 110vAC or 220vac, 230vac and 240vAC 50/60Hz coils with other voltages available also. Stainless Steel Steam rated Solenoid Valves |
